Yachtbuddy.com is not involved in any actual transaction between parties and assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of any transaction.
2.YACHT PURCHASE ADVICE
Persons entering into any auction or sales agreement to purchase a yacht are advised to purchase from a reputable broker where possible. The buyer should seek legal assistance before signing any sales agreement. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the yacht and arrange a survey from a qualified surveyor before purchasing a yacht on sale or auction. A sea trial is advisable. As a buyer you will be purchasing the yacht in an As Is condition. Ask the seller for the inventory list, warranty status and about any outstanding debts, including dockage fees.

All materials provided on this Website, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, auctions, and services are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of Yachtbuddy.com and/or its Third Party Providers. None of the materials posted herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of Yachtbuddy.com or the appropriate Third Party Provider. In order to register on this site you must provide your true name and a valid email address.
4.BIDDING
Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item or, in the case of a reverse auction, sell the item.
5.POSTING
Posting an item in an auction indicates your intent to sell this item to the highest bidder and is irrevocable. This intent to purchase is legally binding. Upon completion of the auction it is your responsibility to conclude the sale with the winning bidder. In order to post an item on this auction site you must agree to the following:

You agree to pay all fees incurred from your use of this Website. All fees incurred in connection with this Website are non-refundable.
7.DENIAL OF SERVICE
Yachtbuddy.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This right will be exercised when it becomes evident a user is in some way abusing the system.
8.TERMS OF SERVICE
This agreement comprises the entire agreement between the User and Yachtbuddy.com and supersedes all other agreements. By registering and participating as a user you are indicating your consent to be bound by this agreement.
